Acceptable Use Policy

Bulko may be used only for lawful email campaigns. The user is responsible for the source of addresses, legal basis, accuracy of sender information, and message content.

Mandatory Requirements

• Identify the sender accurately and do not use misleading subject lines or headers.
• Comply with applicable regulations of the sender's and recipient's country.
• Keep the automatically added unsubscribe link and respect the suppression list.
• Use verified lists and a reasonable sending frequency.

Prohibited

• Phishing, malware, credential harvesting, impersonation, scams.
• Illegal goods, threats, harassment, discrimination, and harmful content.
• Bypassing filters, resending to unsubscribed addresses, or concealing the sender's identity.
• Selling or transferring access to third parties without Bulko's permission.

Bulko may block content, pause campaigns, and restrict accounts when recipients or infrastructure are at risk. Reports are accepted at [email protected].
