Do credits expire?
No. Purchased email and AI credits stay on your balance until you use them. You can buy a large pack once a year and spend it gradually.
What counts as 1 “email credit”?
One credit = one sent email. Deliveries, opens, and clicks do not use up additional credits. Bounced and failed emails don't either — the credit is returned to your balance.
What is an “AI credit”?
An AI credit is spent on requests to AI models: subject generation, content rotation, reply classification. One request ≈ 1 AI credit. If you use your own OpenAI key via the settings, AI credits are not deducted.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used. After use, the refund is calculated proportionally to the unused balance. The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
How does “Pay As You Go” differ from packs?
Pay As You Go is a flexible number of emails (from 1,000 to an unlimited volume) with an automatic progressive discount: the more you buy at once, the lower the price per 1,000. Packs are a fixed volume with a single purchase button.
Are there any subscriptions or recurring payments?
No. All purchases are one-time. Bulko does not store card details and does not automatically deduct money. When the balance runs out, mailings are paused, and you purchase a new pack.
What does the welcome bonus include?
Upon registration, 500 email credits and 50 AI credits are added to your balance — enough to test the platform. No card required, nothing to confirm.
Can I pay with cryptocurrency?
Yes. You can pay in USDC via Stripe; the minimum amount is the same as for cards.
Need a custom volume (>300K emails)?
Email [email protected] with your sending volume and frequency. For large volumes, we offer individual pricing and a dedicated SMTP pool. We can also sign a contract and invoice a legal entity.
