An AI credit is spent on requests to AI models: subject generation, content rotation, reply classification. One request ≈ 1 AI credit. If you use your own OpenAI key via the settings, AI credits are not deducted.

Yes, within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been used. After use, the refund is calculated proportionally to the unused balance. The refund is issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
