Refunds and Billing
Campaign Platform and SMTP Access packages are one-time purchases. They have separate balances and cannot be converted into each other.
A refund request can be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the purchased volume has not been used. After partial use, the decision and amount depend on the services actually rendered and mandatory payment provider fees.
Send the transaction number and account email to [email protected]. Do not send card numbers or wallet secrets.
