Lemlist and Bulko can both launch personalized email campaigns, but their product scope and billing model are different. Lemlist is an outbound platform combining lead data, email warm-up, campaign automation, a unified inbox, integrations, and optional LinkedIn and calling. Bulko concentrates on pay-as-you-go email delivery through ready pre-warmed SMTP accounts.

Choose Lemlist when prospecting and multichannel engagement need to live in one workspace. Choose Bulko when you already have contacts and want managed sending without a recurring platform subscription.

Pricing: different products and billing models

Lemlist's Email plan starts at $69 per month for 50,000 emails, or $55 per month with annual billing. It includes unlimited users and senders, unlimited contacts, warm-up, a unified inbox, lead data, and CRM integrations. The Multichannel plan starts at $109 per user per month and adds LinkedIn actions and calling. Higher email-volume tiers and Enterprise pricing are also available.

Bulko sells 5,000 email credits for $5, 20,000 for $15, 50,000 for $30, and 120,000 for $60. Credits do not expire, and signup includes 500 credits without a card. Lemlist therefore includes substantially more prospecting software, while Bulko costs less when the requirement is primarily sending.

Infrastructure and deliverability

Lemlist connects sending addresses and includes lemwarm. Its Email plan supports unlimited senders, while its multichannel plan applies sender limits per user. Teams can purchase domains and mailboxes inside Lemlist, but they still own and operate that infrastructure. Bulko supplies the sending infrastructure itself: configured, pre-warmed SMTP accounts are already in its pool, and campaigns rotate within account-level limits.

Neither service can guarantee inbox placement. List quality, relevance, complaints, authentication, and sending patterns affect results regardless of the tool.

Workflow and product boundaries

Lemlist has the broader workflow. Teams can search a B2B database, enrich contacts, personalize text and images, build sequences, manage replies, and combine email with LinkedIn and calls on the appropriate plan. Bulko provides list import and validation, merge fields, spintax, AI content variations, campaign statistics, reply collection and classification, plus an API. It does not replace Lemlist's lead database or multichannel sales workspace.

Which should you choose?

Choose Lemlist if

  • you need lead discovery, enrichment, and sending in one platform;
  • LinkedIn actions or calling are part of the sequence;
  • multiple sales users need a unified inbox and CRM integrations;
  • outreach runs continuously enough to justify a subscription;

Choose Bulko if

  • you already have a compliant contact source or CRM;
  • you want ready SMTP capacity without managing sender accounts;
  • campaigns run in bursts and credits should not expire;
  • you need email sending and reply data rather than a multichannel sales suite;

Verdict

Lemlist is the stronger all-in-one prospecting and multichannel platform. Bulko is the leaner choice for teams that primarily need email delivery and prefer non-expiring usage credits.
