Bulko — это что, ещё один Mailchimp?
Нет. Mailchimp — про newsletter (письма по подписке). Bulko — про cold-outreach (письма без подписки). Это разные дисциплины: разные SMTP, разная репутация IP, разные правила доставляемости. Mailchimp вас забанит за cold-email, Bulko создан для него.
Do I need to connect or set up anything before sending?
No. The SMTP accounts are already connected, configured and pre-warmed on our side — you create a campaign and send right away. Bulko handles IP reputation, account rotation and rate limits for you.
How many emails can I send per day?
It depends on your volume. Bulko spreads the load across its pool of pre-warmed SMTP and never exceeds account limits. Need more — just scale up your volume, we provide the infrastructure.
How do AI credits differ from email credits?
Email-кредит = одно отправленное письмо. AI-кредит = один запрос к AI-модели (генерация темы, ротация тела, классификация ответа). На каждые 100 email-кредитов хватает примерно 5-10 AI-кредитов при включённой ротации. Если используете свой OpenAI-ключ — AI-кредиты Bulko не списываются.
What happens if SMTP accounts get blacklisted?
Bulko automatically removes problematic accounts from rotation and the campaign keeps running on the rest. If all get paused, the campaign pauses and you get a dashboard notification. Swapping in clean accounts and restoring reputation is on us; you just clean your list and run it through the email validator.
Is cold email legal?

В РФ — закон о рекламе требует согласия для коммерческих рассылок. Bulko автоматически добавляет unsubscribe-ссылку и не отправляет на адреса из глобального suppression-list.
Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?
У Bulko нет подписок — все покупки разовые. Возврат возможен в течение 14 дней с момента покупки, если кредитов не использовано. После использования возврат рассчитывается пропорционально неиспользованному остатку.
