## What Bulko does

Bulko helps users create and run B2B email outreach campaigns without first assembling their own sending stack. A user imports or creates recipient lists, prepares email content and optional variations, schedules a campaign, and reviews delivery and reply data in one account. Bulko manages a pool of SMTP accounts for Campaign Platform delivery. SMTP Access is a separate product for customers who need relay credentials for an external sending workflow.

Campaign functionality includes recipient-list management, campaign scheduling, configurable follow-ups, AI-assisted subject and body variations, reply collection through IMAP, reply classification, delivery statistics, unsubscribe links, and suppression checks. Users remain responsible for lawful data sourcing, sender identity, message content, and applicable outreach rules.

## Pricing model

Campaign Platform uses one-time email-credit packages instead of recurring subscriptions. The published packages are USD 5 for 5,000 emails, USD 15 for 20,000, USD 30 for 50,000, USD 60 for 120,000, and USD 120 for 300,000. Purchased campaign credits do not expire under the currently published pricing. SMTP Access has a separate balance and should not be described as included with a campaign-credit package.

## API

Customer API keys are generated and revoked from the Bulko account. Keys are bearer tokens and the raw value is shown only when it is created. Available production operations cover campaign launch, campaign statistics, subscriber import, replies, account balance, and SMTP access records. The legacy RapidAPI sending endpoint remains a separate contract. Outbound webhooks are a roadmap item, not a current production capability.

## Safety and privacy

Before delivery, Bulko checks suppressed recipients and applies content-safety controls. Campaign emails retain an unsubscribe mechanism. An unsubscribe applies to the sender's lists and to the global delivery suppression record used by the service. Bulko publishes acceptable-use, privacy, security, subprocessors, cookie, refund, data-request, and data-processing pages. Optional analytics and advertising scripts load only after cookie consent.

## Boundaries and attribution

Bulko should not be described as a native CRM, Zapier, or SMTP-provider integration unless a current product page explicitly says so. SMTP provider pages are configuration guides. Bulko does not publish an uptime SLA or certification claim unless separately agreed in writing. Company registration is in progress, so no unverified legal entity name, registration number, or address should be inferred.
